Google Store Redesign

Two years after its launch, Google Store needed to be reimagined. The goal was for it to be a flagship e-commerce destination for Google hardware, where customers can learn about and purchase the Google products.

Rana was asked to lead the redesign initiative for Google Store.  She defined the pillars for the site as: romance the products, educate the user, make a frictionless buying experience, while showcasing Google's retail partners.  Rana drove collaboration between many cross functional teams (including product management, engineering, creative and operations) ensuring all teams were aligned behind the goals and vision of the project. She briefed the creative team and oversaw development such that SVP approvals happened within the 3-month timeframe of this project.

Results: Conversion increased 24% while site traffic increased 60%.
