Shipper Box
Rana developed a proposal for unique brandable moments for Google Store. Of the ideas proposed, the Shipper Box project was supported by leadership as a great way to surprise and delight customers.
Rana developed the brief and defined the goals as: improve customer experience, surprise and delight customers, drive engagement to and increase brand perception of Google Store. She sourced packaging agencies and managed design exploration. She collaborated with Logistics & Procurement to determine implementation constraints and costs. She was able to get all product teams aligned with the design, such that they were willing to absorb the cost increase to their P&Ls. The first shipper boxes went out in time to coincide with the redesign of the Google Store.
Inspiration taken from Google Hardware packaging creative direction, so that unboxing would feel like one Google experience.
